Key Stage 2

We provide English and Maths tuition for our KS2 students which is centred around the national curriculum framework, which is shown below. Each student is given a free initial assessment, from which we develop a list of their individual targets which we then work with them to improve. These targets are all in line with the current national curriculum.

Alongside working to generally improve your child’s academic performance, we also help prepare KS2 students for their end of KS2 SATs which take place in Year 6, including Maths, English reading and SPAG. Many KS2 students find these tests challenging both academically and emotionally. Our tuition helps to prepare the children academically, while also building their confidence, allowing them to sit the exams without worry.

We also work to prepare Year 6 students for their progression into secondary school by starting to introduce them to the KS3 framework after they have completed their SATs.
